FULL TIME CARE STAFF ? RESIDENT SERVICES
THE COMPANY
Stewarts Care Ltd. is a voluntary organisation providing comprehensive
community based services to people with an intellectual disability
since its foundation in **Apply on the website**. We support people
with a wide range of support needs across residential settings, day
services, supported independent living, job advocacy and vocational
training. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience
working across several of the above areas, further developing their
skill set.
FULL TIME ROLES THAT REQUIRE THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK DAYS, EVENINGS,
WAKING NIGHTS, SLEEPOVERS AND WEEKENDS.

QUALIFIED PERSONNEL E.G.
* Minimum QQI Level 5 (Healthcare Support) or SKILL-VEC Level 5.
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* The strong desire to work with persons with an intellectual
disability.
* The aptitude to provide a person centred approach to service user
programmes.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
* Be Flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
* ONE YEARS? EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE AREA OF DISABILITY IS
PREFERABLE.
* Drivers licence is desirable
Salary and qualifications are in accordance with Department of Health
& Children Regulations and HSE consolidated pay scales.
